my controller speed is so fast that i cant click anything in the startup except new or quit. every single option in the middle cant be highlighted because it skips over it. any way to slow this down?

you need to keep the buffering to on / 1 in your settings its not your controller its the way you changed your file(s)

This actually does NOT work. I made a video about a real fix to this issue. I used to suffer from this garbage for so long because of useless aid like this. bMouseAcceleration=0 does NOT work! It never did! It is a remnant code that was once used by Bethesda in their development of the game.
