This type of setting would be a really cool fallout game, forever warfare in the city and multiple factions fighting for control. Could be a great story if it is lore friendly

I'm NGL I actually liked playing this one, I was pissed when I had to dump a bunch of good loot. I was to heaven and couldn't run, so I thought I could just walk out. NOPE I got nurffed by 3 sentry bots and a Giant freaking robot who spammed me with nukes lol. But it's a fun adventure I wish that becomes cannon. This would make a great play through for fallout 5

The parallels are almost identical. Where Al leaves the Metro and the position of the buildings, the street level, the entrance ways into and exiting the metro are the same. Make sense there would be a fuckton of enemies too, Metro is one of the most brutal maps to play in BF3&4 due to the close quarters, choke points and sniper nests. I see the spawn rate of enemies is super high to reflect that intensity.

Got to be the most fun I’ve had in fallout in years. Great atmosphere. Contrary to lore or initial reports to preserve immersion, Manhattan was not turned into a glass bowl. Rather a radioactive forever night he’ll hole. Creepy vibe. Think Lonsome Road but instead of rusts, and reds for weather it’s more akin to Glowing Sea but with shitty weather. It’s dark which adds to the atmospheric anxiety. The firefights heighten that anxiety. Bullets flying everywhere. Lots of loot. Good pacing of enemies. After this quest you’ll be satisfied and hate the Gunners guts. Great great mod.

I completed the mod recently and looking at the streets I thought "everything is gunners, high Liberty prime's nuke, I don't know what is scenery and what need death support" luckily I had a suit of power armor and could eat damage, "is this New York or Baghdad" that idea floated at the end

So far, I feel like this mod shouldn't have been marked as a "quest" mod. It's more of a new lands mod, where you kill things until you beat it. Which is funny cause I remember Fallout 3 had a similar one that was also in New York. The modding community just wants to treat New York like it is just a warzone and nothing else I guess.

Patrick Briones True, but at the same time wasn't there a time where we just assumed everywhere that wasn't the west coast was just uninhabitable? Me personally, I feel New York is kind of like the Metro games. Since there was hardly anyone for vaults, they had to go underground to avoid nuclear holocaust. Other than that, not sure what it would be like.
