There’s a way to remove the “required DLC” on mods, if you’re on PC.

No, I'm being serious. You use FO4 Edit to create a blank .esp file. If you google how to use FO4 Edit to bypass DLC, you can find a tutorial that can explain it better to you than I can. I should note that the mod could bug out (depending on the mod), for not having the actual DLC installed.

Excellent video. I already have been using these mods, and yes I agree, Snap N Build is nice but not lore-friendly as far as the real estate section goes. Also, the RE houses take up a lot of space, so definitely not good for small settlements. Like you, I loved those capsules and that was the main reason I downloaded it. They are excellent for tight settlements and make great stores. Take Coastal Cottage for example. Main highway right there plus construction sites all around it so lore-friendly in that you could have found construction trailers/capsules or lunch wagons/capsules all around there to be used for shelters, stores, storage, etc.

I know it's late but now ps4 has a type of place anywhere and a mod very similar to what workshop rearranged has but you have to download the mods individually for each dlc you have.

For those of you who liked the snap n build mod and are considering downloading it, it was removed on Bethesda and Nexus. I don't know why. The author took them down but it's been taken down in the past also. Hopefully it's re-uploaded by the author or someone out there.

So, I'm a little peeved, it says that "Place Anywhere" and "Unlimited Building" are also available for PC, but there's one issue: I CANNOT FIND THEM! Not on Bethesda, nor on Nexus, and its kind of frustrating, it would help if you left a link for both PC and Xbox versions and also PS4 for when there is a mod that is also for Playstation, but its all only Xbox.

As we just got mods to PS4, I'm using the unlocked settlement items. Should I hold of and wait for Workshop Rearranged to possible switch over? I would hate to get a decent build going and have a problem with the 2 mods.

I'd say continue to build with the unlocked settlement items. Workshop Rearranged works well with other mods. Like the Snap'N Build mod, Workshop Rearranged sorts out all of the items in your workshop that are from other mods into their own tab. Hope that helps!

Just want to inform Peoples out here you need all DLCs to use "Workshop Rearranged". Yes, he said you can "switch through the DLCs items", but i'm wondering myself why the Mod doesnt work properly (yeah cuz i'm not having any of the DLCs. hurrdurr) And the Creator of the Mod "Workshop Rearrange" says he doesnt support "Only Vanilla / Only DLC X"-versions yet.

I just checked and it's still there for me. It might be your load order or another mod conflicting with it (which is doubtful though). Try moving it to the bottom of your load order and see if that helps

CRUD!!! ... Installed Workshop Rearranged (PC) used it for building ... etc. Go to different location and my build using Master Plan is gone ... trying rearrange but not working out. Hmmmm which one to keep? Update ... Found Master Plan Patch ... after installing it it came Master Plan came back ... cool now I can keep both.

Only if you use objects that workshop rearranged gives you. If you use vanilla pieces or pieces from another mod, it doesn't have to be enabled

Could you build a secret MM outpost disguised as a regular settlement, do it Nordhagen Beach so the lore is that if the BOS would become enemies of the MM they would quickly take down BOS HQ and the Prywden, (Maybe even like a silo with a artillery gun....)
