I am a huge fan of the building. If I play during the day, I do events for the cores and scrip, but evenings, I go on the private server for building. Tough to decide which camp to tear down and start from scratch, but I sacrificed 1 slot for a test camp build slot. But then I don't want to tear that one down either! Just discovered your channel. Only qualm is I wish all profiles shared the atom shop unlocks. Liked and subbed!

It might not be perfect, but I've not found any other building system in a game that was as satisfying. Bethesda have been adding some really cool stuff lately too. ☺️

Love it bubba. I have not had a chance to build with the new cars yet. As soon as I saw it in the atom shop I thinking of the builds everyone would do with it. Also, thanks for the reminder about checking prime.

ill be honest im surprised you are still making videos on this game. I used to watch them AGES ago back when the game was still fairly new when i was playing. good to see someone still making videos and guides on a game long after its been out for so long

I'm still enjoying the game and there's always new things happening and new players joining the community. Plus, despite its faults, the building system is one of the more creative ones out there and I've yet to find another game that combines story, exploration and other gameplay elements with building as well as Fallout does.

They have come back on at least one occasion so I expect they'll reappear eventually. They're my favourite vendor option though personally. They're small and easily incorporated into a build and they don't make a racket in like some of them! 😂

Great build centered around the new car. I like the layout of it. My favorite is the living space upstairs. I always prefer loft style bedroom and living areas. They seem more interesting to me. So good choice with that. 👍

Looking good dude I would of put the corner building at the end put it as a pub but it depends on how much budget yw have left then instead of living above the garage could of been above the pub but you've done a cracking job.

I thought about that but the prefab is so big that it would take over the whole camp. I was thinking a small house on the end could work though as it would probably fit.

I tried to build this using the workbench car. I had to add an entire row of foundations to try an fit it inside. I'm not sure I'm happy with it

I barely got the new bench to fit in the garage of my repair shop. It’s the largest skin we’ve ever gotten. My garage is only two foundations deep and it just fit. 😅

Excellent build but I have a small tweak as a suggestion to consider: Have you thought about putting one of the awnings over the front door to the office? I personally think that would look good but maybe you already tried it and it didn't work.

I did try that actually as the front is a bit... Flat. Lol. It stuck out over the road though and I had visions of some massive truck coming along, pre-war and just obliterating the awning! 😂

I have a request of you. Is there any chance you would build a camp that is more of utilitarian design? Has all the benches and interactables in a relatively compact space? It would also be cool if you could implement the bobbleheads and magazines considering a few of us have them all it might be nice to show the collection off.

Hmm. Sounds like I'm getting a few requests for something along those lines. I'll have to think about doing something like that again soon. I the meantime I've done a few that fit the bill in the past so if you have a look through my camp playlist, they should come up.

What are your wall set called?

It's the First Responders set. Unfortunately it's not currently available as it was the Rank 100 reward from season 8 last spring. I'd guess it'll appear on the Atomic Shop on down the line though. These things often do eventually.

This one is fairly simple overall. I don't generally go crazy with the glitches in 76 anyway. I don't think I want to go fully "base game only" with a build though. Too many of the decorations I use are either from past seasons or the Atomic Shop and they make such a big impact the finished look! But.... Might be good for new players.🤔

How'd you get the garage door to work?

Short answer... One of the conduits is designed to pass through walls(it's a 'C' shape with a connector sticking out the back). Using that and a couple of the attachments you can wire up switches on both sides of the door.

Is there a way to us the Red Rocket pre-fab garage where foundation is NOT 2 feet above ground level?

You can get it pretty low down, if you're in the right spot, but there's always going to be a small step up at least. Depending on what you want from it you coul set up either some foundations or some porch stairs to smooth out there transition.

How did you get the 2 button garage door to work? I’ve been trying to figure it out for my garage for a while.

Basically it's two separate runs that go Generator>Switch>Door. There's a conduit that will pass through walls if you need to connect to the switch on the outside.

Hmm. I might be able to do something like that at some point. We'll have to see what comes up, (or doesn't perhaps). The challenge though is that the more detail you put in, the more likely it is that a blueprint won't be placeable. I can give it a go though.

At a guess, either turrets, crops or lights are taking up most of the room. They'll each eat through your available space pretty quickly. Unless you have a bunch of unused stuff stored; that might be limiting your budget.
