I ran into AtomicTardis before, I was level 20 and they were level 200. I was talking to a trader in morgantown and I guess I took too long, because they shot around my feet, stared at me until I fast travelled back to my camp, then came to my camp and kept shooting my buildings and killing me when i spawned in and when I managed to fast travel away, they followed me there to where i fast travelled. I didn't understand how they could kill me in 4 shots without me shooting back, but I found out later on that they probably were using a bloodied handmade since their health was mostly radiated away.

By some luck robots spawned nearby so I had them chase me to this guy’s trap base and the robots shoot this guy’s house and jumped to the roof and they actually shot a hole open through the side I went in and bought whatever I felt like the guy got mad and he immediately left to stop me from buying stuff.
