As a three star piece of legendary it should function noticeably while taking radiation as a set. Now it just comes off like a wasted slot or bad roll in a setting where any radiation recovery would be a god send in post nuked apocalypse.

I ran What Rads for over a year, but then I swapped it out for extra special points, & just added 1 point of Sunkissed, have been running this for the last 3 months without any issues.

Really hope Bethesda gives us more slots to equip more legendary perk cards

or at least lower the cost on the cards themselves. Maybe optimize the special distro of the cards. OR maybe have some cards being able to be placed under more than one stat, like commando can be under strength and agility. Limiting to one of each card being equipped regardless of stat being used.

Yea, a single dissipating mod makes managing full-hp much easier, no need for "what rads". I don't drag much rad away aroung rather I drink nuka grape if I need to instantly heal or survive high radiation, also I use "cola nut" for that reason

I'd like to see how a full set works with the Sun Kissed perk under endurance that does the same thing. I used what rads for ages but swapped it for legendary endurance now that the new endurance perks and points are so useful. I'm using sun kissed and with rad-away being everywhere I'm managing better than I expected.

Radshield and nuka grape for the win. Glowing fungus soup also stacks infinitely

Far as i can tell you'd need hazmat on the second star for all pieces to have the same kinda effect as what rads but it still couldn't work quite as well, not worth loosing 2 legendary spots on all armour pieces instead of using a single legendary perk slot. Better off using the 3rd star for some sort of weight reduction

Honestly lately I’ve been carrying around the Brahmin milk- only downside is that it expires rather quickly even with salt perk It’s a great solution compared to radaway since that makes you thirsty faster and grape is only good if you need to fully remove your rads

Yes. Just having 2 Dissipating l-mods on my armor set allowes me to easily have my rads removed after a fight or a walk through a very irradiated location. + You are saving a legendary card slot for something more useful like legendary endurance or legendary strength. "What Rads?" is still a great legendary perk though!!!☢️

I run a full health commando and the one piece of dissipating is totally enough to be lazy about rads, barely use radaway unless it’s an emergency.

I wouldn't use both. What Rads is plenty on its own without power armor.

The meta is pretty much rhe same as it has been for years... The next season will have some perk card changes but don't expect a huge shift in the meta... The legendary crafting changes are a net benefit for multiple reasons..the main one being, you have a clear path to exactly what you want... it will still take a good while (unless you're really lucky) but you are not solely relying on random rng for anything specific... The other major changes are not really that impactful for day to day play...there's some little things here and there but in the end the game itself is still easy enough with whatever way you choose to play...meta or non meta...

I use 2 dissipatting, got rid of rad shower at the camp, dont need it, dont use what rads

I know im a bit late...but...i mean... dont we all have 100s of radx and radaway anyway xD so why bother? XD just put radaway on your quickwheel and heal it when required :p
