I decided to share my main build that I use in this video! Don't underestimate the low health builds because with the right perk cards and mutations you are hard to take out and will be dealing some insane damage too. This build will make you a tank and you will be able to take out enemies easily! I highly recommend trying out this for yourself!

Just started playing! Just curious, since you have limited perk points, why dont you get rid of scrapper for something else within INT tree, like gunsmith for example, then swap to Scrapper when you're in base and scrapping

just a tip! I use the Chemist backpack mod so you don’t have to put 2 perk cards into traveling pharmacy. it does the same thing as the traveling pharmacy, if not more. i believe it’s 90% weight reduction!

Yeah, the chemist backpack mod is great! If you do use that, you could invest the other 2 perk points from Traveling Pharmacy into something in endurance or charisma possibly. Every other important category is maxed! Thanks for sharing that tip with players!

Not dmg related but running a chemist modded backpack I reccomend pulling all your chems to your character. As it will save you space in your stash.

Keep in mind the bonus for the backpack will not apply in power armor

I use grocers backpack mod because I use a lot of food buffs for crit damage on my build, it also allows me to use more points in agility instead of running the perk.

Quad fixer is the best for this build , yes little less damage but more dps because you don't reload every 20 shot , great for chain kill too.

Chemist backpack, and you can run the perk that reduce the weight of rifles. Its amazing. That way you don't need to use Radicool, and instead you can run Chem Addict because that sht doubles the duration time of Adrenaline perk effect. Also, with 40+ AGI you don't need sneak perk card, Mister Sandman is a good replacement for that. Also, Class Freak is better than Tormentor.

you don't need legendary ammo factory all the time , just equip it when making ammo and use charisma card instead .

Bloodied weapons are great for damage but I use vampire's for survivability. And my bloodied radiation build has a carry weight limit of like 556 before becoming encumbered on a team. The intelligence one can get to 51 or 52 on a full team with not chems or food and drink buffs.

Autoaxe with flame mod ftw. It kills, it heals, it makes caravans easy mode. Only sucks during events where you need to tag stuff, just get a solid tesla and call it a day. Forget spending tons of ammo ever again. I'll never go back and it hits HARD AF with the right legendaries.

Bloodied with a plasma caster. VATs enhanced and full set of unyielding SS armor. I can run through most events fairly easily

For people going for the fixer plans, just note that it has a 0.10% drop rate, I got my plans probably after my 20th time doing the encrypted event so just keep doing it until you get it

You can totally free up a whole legendary perk slot by removing ammo factory. I only use it to craft bulk amounts of ammo in the moment and then remove it when I'm done

You and I have the exact same Fixer! Though mine is primed, however I think tweaked may yield better returns and I have a machine at camp that generates .45. Haven't used it in a couple years since I've been trying other builds, but it's my old reliable until I get a Quad.

Got similar stats but perception got the rifleman perks and grenadier as I use the Gauss Rifle with suppressor and mixed with science perks. With a Bloodied Gauss I can take them out with a single shot. I use a Chinese Stealth suit which is a must for a stealth build Oh Demo level 5 also helps. my base DP is 678 on my Gauss

I run a railway rifle sneak you'll just get detected not long after opening fire, just sprint quickly then re-sneak and your escape artist combined with the stacked agility points will get you back into sneak just gotta get into that loop and you'll be blasting out some DPS

Using ammo factory,ammo smith plus super duper is a godly combo for making any type of ammo if you have alot of materials made 9k ultracite ammo for my guass on my main account

In my personal opinion with the legendary perk card to get luck to max 15. I would replace bloody mess and try to max out starched genes and all the critical perks. Reason being bloody messes 15% damage is based on the base value gun damage so in some cases it only increases by 6 or 8 which isn't worth it over critical perks in the luck tree such as: Critical savy, grim reapers sprint or better criticals. Maxing out starched genes also renders the negatives of mutations pretty much obsolete.

@@Justlooking-h6p i got no idea about the armor only the legendary effects. For now its either the marine combat armor (i forget what its called) or the secret service which you get from beating the wastelanders questline. However you have to grind the gold bullion for it.

Personally I rock Powerful Auto Receiver, Aligned long barrel, Forcefull stock, perforating mag and reflex dot these make sure I get decent damage great weapon condition (health for less repairs) and as much Vats accuracy as possible with very low Vats cost.

I got this setup where i use an explosive vampire shotgun build and i wear no power armor but im wearing full set of vanguard armor and ive been using this bulid for awhile . Is anything i could add? So if 5 perk points aren’t being used from the (legendary agility card) could, you remove five that you invested from your main pool of (49 points) and use the 5 from the (legendary card) to make 15 and leaving you 5 more free points?

Pity my stealth sniper has had no luck getting bloody weapons/ unyielding in her gear. So for now it’s full health sniper build till rng decides to give.

Save up your script and do the rolls 20+ at a time, one piece at a time. I've found better luck using a single piece rather than multiple, but you do lose script that way because you can't turn in the rolls you don't want. It will take a while, it took about a month for me, but that unyielding BoS recon armor was well worth it. Even have an unyielding ss set.

Join as many events as you can, you don't have to do a lot of damage just join random teams and ger a few shots in. That XP will help you grow. Don't worry too much about what kind of build you want at low level. Just level up and get a good collection of perk cards so yoy have a good selection to choose from when it's time. Try out different weapons and see which you like best, and keep an eye out for underarmour and armour plans to help your damage resistance. Talk to people in game because honestly the community is awesome and they will help you learn.

Dude, there is no 'bloodied tank', i have done literaly 1000's of daily ops and never have i seen a bloodied survive one without hiding behind my full health build, i solo any daily op without dying, i face tank the SBQ and kill her in a minute. All the bloodied's hiding on top of the survival tents all the while i'm in the middle of the scorched party not dying. If there would be serious consequences to dying in this game nobody would go bloodied.

No need to craft ammunition when you're killing so easily. The amount you pick up from kills will far exceed what you're using. I only started playing FO76 recently and as a new player with weak guns I was emptying out magazines to get kills and ammo management was a pain constantly running out and so Ammo factory might have made sense. The reality is that you're not getting Ammo factory to rank 4 until you're well over level 100 and by then you should have OP guns and selling surplus ammo. It's a waste IMO. You could have maxed out those SPECIAL legendary perks by now instead.

Very true! You could swap the ammo factory legendary perk card with another legendary perk card if you wanted, like charisma. I just like make ammo in huge bulks so I don't have to ever worry about running out. Of course, everyone has different preferences. If you prefer not to have ammo factory, then I say go for it! It won't hurt this build at all swapping it out.

It's just the scrapper perk card. But you could swap it with something else if you'd like. I just run with it because I always scrap down weapons and armor for junk while I'm on the go.

Coming back, I am seeing a severe lack of diversity in builds Granted, I left the game early on when the meta was very melee heavy. Now though, 9 out of the 10 videos I am seeing are bloodied. At the bare minimum, heavy on the mutations. The dev team needs to make some changes to that down the road.

This isn't really that good of a build if this was an good building you shouldn't be using so many bullets I've seen people's bills where they only use two to three bullets to kill something that's the build that everybody's looking for just build your using way too much ammo not only that you're shooting them in the head too and you're using a lot of ammo which shouldn't even be a thing you should only take a couple of bullets to kill them and that's it this build is all kinds of wrong please make a reliable build

Only 22 INT lolololol rookie numbers i have a bloodied heavy gunner build with 46 INT. Ammo Factory a waste of a legendary perk spot. Better off getting another SPECIAL legendary perk so you can invest more points into other skills. I use Plasma Caster and barely lose ammo.
