The atom rewards on the scoreboard shouldn't be locked behind F1st especially when they already have a allowance. The atoms were one of the main reasons I even cared about the scoreboards.

Don't let a flashy trailer fool you. They've gutted the atom rewards and most players will only be walking away with about a third of what they could earn in previous seasona AND you're going to need to get to rank 150 to unlock everything instead of just rank 100. This was not a change made to benefit the players, it's to force people into buying more premium currency and spend more time playing the game.

I knew the option of being able to pick only what we wanted in order to complete the board faster was too good. Even without all the fluff rewards, it is still more work. For those who are not Fallout 1st, it will take 120 ranks to unlock everything that isn't Fallout 1st locked. I'm sure everyone is happy to have the privilege of spending another 20-50 ranks to obtain what they would have already normally earned by that point. Most of the big ticket items are also at the end, so I imagine most people will have spent most of their tickets by the time they even reach them. Fallout 1st members get screwed over the most since they already paid for everything on the board, now it takes them even longer to "earn it!" Let us not forget, they make players purchase the items to rank up faster.

So let's get this straight, the season pass basically still works like the scoreboard, having the freedom to pick which order you get on a single page is... a thing, but you still have to complete a page to get onto the next. In exchange, now the one way for f2p players to get it is to cough up atoms... atoms that they could only really get reliably through the scoreboard previously. That means the atoms they'd use to get stuff from the atom store, you know, that one part of your live service game you actually bother to update somewhat regularly. Don't hit me with events or atlantic city, we get huge gaps between any real content and 90% of the time, 'major updates' contain a handful of content using assets and locations that with a little more work, could actually be worth a damn and constantly releasing the same stale events more and more frequently isn't distracting anyone. So now players are even more paranoid about missing out on atom shop items and scoreboard options, so they have to cough up money to get a subscription. You then continue to release content that preys on this 'I don't want to miss out' mindset, either using old assets or working your art staff more and more to pump out absolute crap only really fun for base builders like myself. And now, after everything else, you release a trailer that looks absolutely god awful. I'd say a 6 year old made it, but at least they'd have the imagination and drive to at least make the new stuff sound half decent. Your dev team is tired, your playerbase is tired... hell even the game itself is tired. So wake up already, treat the title with the respect its name deserves and make it *worth* dropping money on every month. Rant aside, the ally looks great for my casino buiild, the weapon looks pretty damn cool and the chemistry bench is really nice. I just wish we got a few of these things through questlines and content instead of mindlessly logging on, buying a pass and completing dailies in a game that really doesnt lend itself well to it.

Miss being at that mansion in the beginning of this video in Nuclear Winter.
