probably because he can't wear his combat armor then.

The reason why is you can not wear any armor (armour) over the hazmat suit leaving you literally naked armor wise tho

In this kind of a mod, you should be going into the buildings as you come across them. Gets boring watching you take rad z every other minute.

Part of his problem is that his entire set up gear and perk wise is set up around carry weight, and carrying more loot, and he is carrying some utter crap weapons for his level as well, which he appears unwilling to simply leave at home, he really needs to trim his weapons and other stuff down to a much lighter load out, he has what 6 or 7 weapons but only really uses 2 or 3 of them, he could easily leave the rest at one of his workshop, slim down his aid/food section as he usually doesn't use most of that either, but no he has to be the packrat, his own fault really, and at his level look at just how low the amount of ammo he is carrying is, he should have thousands of rounds for most of his main weapons but for some reason doesn't. He plays a modded game but complains that dlc ammo is not found anywhere but in the dlc areas, when there are multiple mods that add it to the normal games level lists, so he could have a chance at finding it, but no he just whines about not finding dlc ammo apart from in the dlc. Part of his issues is that he has loads of caps, but never actually seems to spend them on anything at all, which makes having the pretty much worthless as they are nothing more than a arbitrary amount of things he is carrying for no reason (admitted they do not weigh anything but still), there again he accumulates load of cash in any game he plays but never spends it on anything unless he really really has to, even then he whines about it for multiple videos afterwards.
