The conversation you can have with Legate Lanius towards the end of the main story is easily one of the most well written exchanges in an RPG's story I have ever seen The fact that you can essentially circumvent one of the toughest bosses in the game by pointing out the flaws in one of the main villain's philisophies (provided your speech skill is high enough) and convincing him and his soldiers to just leave cause the long term chaos their conquest would cause isn't really worth it ,is awesome

This game was the greatest... It combined an old western atmosphere with modern lazers and future stuff while staying grounded in a unique settting. It gave the player choice, and this is ultimately why it is amazing. If anyone can die, actions have consequences... something some newer games try hard and fall flat on because it ruins the story. Here, it builds on the story.

This games modding community is Dr. Frankenstein levels of amazing when it comes to adding new life to this abomination that even 10 years later can keep me up at night, remembering things that aren't in the game anymore. definitely recommend the uncut wasteland mods. 10/10 would watch more fallout content in the future.

Remember guys that this game is also very glitchy so expect constant random crashes during your playthrough. So I recommend installing a lot of mods for this game to run it acceptable. But when you done installing and doing research how to properly run this game on your PC, you will get an amazing RPG that can give you fun for hundreds of hours.

I played almost 100% DLCs included. But when I try to play it nowadays, I just can't play for more than an hour. Believe me though, I LOVED it, when I played for the 1st time.

I mean you already know the ins and out of Fallout NV, and since it the combat is basic and boring, you will gain nothing if you play it again. Id play fallout 1, i love it to death and finished all the possible branching storylines. After a long while, I decide to play it again, get killed by the roach, immediately uninstalled it because it made me realized that the reason why I kept on playing even though the combat sucks, is because of all other element of the game, and since I already knows all I need to know about this game, I gain nothing from it's combat.

caesar Isn't EXACTLY the big bad. He IS the most EVIL by far, but I'd say New vegas has No big bad. Every faction has A lot to them. the legion just was a bit underdeveloped because of the rush the game was under. just running and gunning everyone really cuts everything short but I love the fact that it is AN option. of course, you will be fighting the legion in Most playthroughs but you can side with them or side with Yourself and fight both outside factions and make vegas Independent or side with House and kill the legion and kick out the NCR so they don't have a foothold in his vegas. the DLC adds an extra ending option or two and there are a billion variations of ending slides based on karma and choices which just makes this game damn near perfect of course nothing is perfect there are glitches and a lot of cut content.,
