Yeah it is, good audio quality but no emotional range makes ai voices easy to spot.

This group of deserters have a whole base to themselves outside of nipton? I don't think that makes much sense. Its defenses look better than most of ncr locations in the game. I think moving them to a different location more suited to hiding from an occupying military would be a good improvement. That and the ai voices make it somewhat odd but overall a well constructed mod.

Nipton is in California guys. In the real world it's a lot farther away from the state line though. The real life Primm in Nevada lies a stone's throw from the California border and farther south is the real Nipton on the California side of the border. So the sign isn't wrong. Y'all should take a road trip to Nevada and see the real world locations for yourself, it's fun (I'm sure I don't have to tell you but don't be a bother to the locals).
