Recipe for Royal Falooda
Ingredients:
Strawberry jelly mix: 1 packet
Water: 500 ml
Faluda sev: 1/4 cup
Subja seeds: 2tbsp+ 1/2 cup water
Milk: 250 ml
Rose syrup: 2-3 tbsp
Chopped apples:
Copped bananas:
Vanila Ice cream: 1 scoop
Method to make jelly:
1. Take bowl add water and boil it.
2. Now take a another bowl add jelly mix powder and mix it well.
3. Now add hot water in powder and mix it well.
4. Put it in the fridge to set jelly.
5. Take a pan add faluda sev and water and cook it well.
6. Now drain it and keep aside.
7. Now take takhmariya/ subja seeds in a bowl and add water and soak it for 5-10 minutes.
8. Now take a pan and boil milk.
9. Now add rose syrup and mix it well.
10. Boil milk for 1-2 minutes and cool it.
11. Now take a glass add prepared jelly in bottom of the glass.
12. Now add faluda sev.
13. Now add subja seeds and then add rose flavoured milk.
14. Now again add jelly, faluda sev, subja seeds and add chopped apples and bananas.
15. Now put vanila scoop on top.
16. Garnish with rose syrup and chopped almonds and pistachio and enjoy.
