Now you can make an argument a certain way that a part of that settlement was Twitch paying his contract in full... but its still a settlement that has concessions on both sides. But all that, you guys seem to be missing the main part of it, doc is speaking wholly to the legality of the actions, not the morality. He can still be doing inappropriate things, to a person under 18..but that person in their (assumed) stater of residence law isnt 18. i.e. that person is most likely 15-17, but their states age of consent allows it. It may not be illegal, but it still feels like its probably creepy, otherwise he probably would have given more detail on teh mesages

What im getting from this is that he probably at times said some things that were borderline inappropriate. But in context he was talking 💩 to the person. If twitch themselves and the judge includeding the center for missing and exploited children said this isn't sexting nor is any of this against the law. Why would age of consent be an issue if there was nothing sek-shew-ul about the messages? like, why was that brought up at all? plus, he admitted to texting a minor inappropriately, regardless of the age of consent. Simple as that. He can say whatever he wants and twitch can't respond at all, even if he lies about what's going on. Since it was found that they violated the NDA, he is given free reign to speak on it, without rebuttal. He can lie and nobody can disprove what he's saying because he has them over a legal barrel.

wasn’t a minor he said that.. the messages were inappropriate jokes taking out of context by twitch employees/ manager…. Whispers messages he said was used to talk to streamers friends and talk about games go back and listen… so this means the person was a streamer/some on his team not just a random person note that person didn’t want to push anything but they made that person do it or they would lose there time with twitch. To me I think it’s a streamer and they were 18 at the time.. plus now he knows everyone that’s behind it now he let it play out they took the bait so now he can sue and he said his not letting any get away with it

What did he do? He didn’t sext, the victim never made allegations in fact they were SOUGHT out by his ex manager and they were above legal age to interact with an adult. No pics. No plans to meet.
