I failed my 2nd visa interview.. Do i still have a chance to get j1 visa? The only question the consul asked me is the changes in my application after i got denied.. What changes is he talking about?

They are asking about your Life changes. Like in the duration of waiting for your appointment is there any changes that happened to you? Like, did you have work while waiting, or are you going back to school or something that will show that you have strong ties in your home country...

Im not talkative im a shy type person and not too good and not used in english..
