Interesting, but stupid, first 10 minutes of the recap, all this bullshit could've been avoided with just a few fingerprint scans, even the worst criminals get rights before their death, and plot armor made him probably the strongest, literally, who can stop an axe at that speed and who would stop the axe by the bell. Why is he called the strongest in the street if he can't even get the basic form of street fight exploit, meaning, he's too naive and innocent to be the street's strongest. And I always hate how girls with thin proportion have the strength of a gorilla to wield or even throw a dead person single-handedly. It's all dumb, this could fit back in 2015's era of anime.
