Haha, "Rohn Gaul" is the name I gave to my Iron Golem Chief of Engineering aboard a _Star Trek_ starship I'm building. (He's supposed to be a Brikar, and the name is somewhat keeping in line with the only other named Brikar in the (canon) franchise: Rok-Tahk.)

Right.. I think its time for us to finally recognize Season 10 as the season of armor stands. Like literally almost every hermit wanted to try Armor Stand (almost). I can imagine the happiness Cleo gets when she sees these efforts to learn Armor Stand shenanigans 😂

I think a Dragonfly that's resting vertically on one of the poles would be nice, and the crocodile with just the dark prismarine seems better the trapdoors are just too stark a difference imo

the leaves and flowers of water lilies actually grow on separate stems, so the flower doesn't need to go in the gap of the lilypad, it can be anywhere in its vicinity, since they're only connected at the root (doesn't matter either way, but you did ask :D)

+1 on the crocodile. Love it. One thing I would want to get Keralis' input on would be if he really wanted _croc_ or would be open to a _mosasaur,_ which had fins instead of legs (so just go longer with the primarine slabs). IMO, prehistoric apex predator could be a fun vibe for his lagoon (and the dragonflies would still fit in great!)

Love the armor stand work, they really add a lot to the area! The dragonfly design is really cool looking, and I love the crocodile- maybe some ridges along his back could add more depth as well. Great work though, looking forward to seeing all the different characters you employ around your base!

the first name that came to mind for the golem is Fusco. Sounds like a security guard that you wouldn't want to mess with. Also the crocodile looks great. I feel like he could maybe use a couple of ridges on his back or something but its a nice addition

Re: blossom on the lily pad if you have the same armor stand hold another blossom, you can nest them, and offset the petals 45° to make a lovely water lily

Something I think would be cool is you can use colored panes as well since not all dragonflies' wings are white, and you could then mix and match head and wing colors for variety since chains are just black

cute, but not possible - unless the wings are facing backwards. The armorstand will show the Elytra 2D item, where there isn't a way (I know of) that will only show the one.

Aww! Darn, I did envision it being the 2D flat model cause it shows it as two little ‘wings?’ (Rotated 90 degrees so it’s on its side) Using the appearance of when it’s on an item frame, sorry if I’m explaining it terribly! Thanks for replying though, love the armor stand work you’ve been doing!

The dragonfly looks amazing The Crocodile is looking pretty great, the only thing I'm not sure on is the warped trapped door, I know it was probably used to make the top the snout thinner, but I think it's a little tiny bit strange that it's a different color than the rest of the Crocodile

For the dragon fly, you could definitely play with the glass to make it different species. Some with like green or purple, or having two toned, could make them butterflies. I also think you could find a way to do fireflies with little blue lanterns, or the ocean light things in the green. I also think the prismerin and the pur pur could make for some interesting textures for heads and bodies of insects at the small scales. Like the chest of a butterfly. Also those nether wood vines could make for some interesting snake bodies with the curves of them. The same with the mushrooms on their side as other bugs with a built in head.

That pufferfish! All of a sudden I remembered way back when you first checked out 1.13 with a few other Hermits, who fared so badly against the phantoms nobody understood yet. But you? It was the the pufferfish that killed you: _"Noooooooo! It got in the boat!"_ or something like that...

For river suggestions: mosquitos and fireflies would be cool! You could use sea lanterns or frog lights for the lightning bug. Also maybe a water snake? Tree frogs, lizards and turtles

Those dragonflies looks amazing, could need sound effects though, that distinct buzzing sound the wings of the dragonflies have (that activates when you get close by a sensor.)

The dragonflies are delightful! Maybe use pointed dripstone for the crocodile teeth instead of end rods? Also, I bet you could make a very cute frog if you use a technique similar to how you did the crabs (green helmet body, with yellow terracotta eye?) maybe see what the lillypads look like if you grow kelp under them to creat a stem?

You could try angling (front-to-back) the glass panes on the dragonfly and add a second pair of wings, like what they’ve got irl. Also maybe have their wings bend less? Maybe try what “baby” looks like for the wings?

You could make another of those wooden worker armor stand but have it looking into a farm writing notes on the little clipboard , like a supervisor watching to machine as it functions to ensure its doing so properly

The dragonflies body might look better made from three chains, the main one then one behind tilted slightly upward and another tilted up a bit more. Could also rotate the glass panes a little to make the wings also go back.

Iron golem name: Ferous or ferry. Also Tango spent some time at your concrete shop and loved it. As far as your tree, just extend the main trunk up a pinch and add a bunch of leaves for the top.

Don't forget that dragonflies (as well as all other flying insects) have 2 pairs of wings. (In the case of beatles, one pair became harder, turning into their carapace)

Chainflies would be an incredible mob add to the game, it feels very vanilla and fixes the iron consumption issue of chains. just give them salmon AI and let them fly lol

I feel like the 2nd dragonfly's wings shouldn't have a bend in them, they can point down but they dont look like a curve when they flap/ beat irl. And i love the placement of the first one, when you walk by it looks like its zooming by cutestest little things 😍

🤖 "Hayao Miyazaki" is what I named the one golem in my villager breeder that lures my villager babies with poppies. I just named all my other golems 👮"Security" 👮 because I have way too many all throughout my world to give them individual names.
