Poor Christian. It may be that he was just tired, especially if they’d just come from performing, he has probably the most emotionally exhausting job of all of them in the show. Including Andrew, and he’s the one that dies 😂 I’m just speculating, but he also seems like he may have extreme discomfort with listening to himself on the recording. As a performer, I can definitely relate to that. It’s a nauseating experience, which might explain why he looks uncomfortable. That, and he may just be overcome by the emotions. It’s not in this compilation, but in the full stream when they’re listening to “Falsettoland/It’s About Time”, he asks Stephanie not to film him 😭 The fact that he’s so overcome with emotions about listening to himself honestly just makes me love him more.
