when I double click on a component to change the color, I can only see under-identification: Component name and Internal ID, nothing appears anymore

Hi Seth, you might have the yellow star icon selected, which only shows the fields marked as favorites. When opening the component properties window, make sure to deselect the star icon in the top ribbon.

How can I get PLC library?

Is there a way to "label/alias/name" the elements used in the plc ladder? While displaying the IO designations is good practice, it doesn't tell much about what is going on in the ladder {BI0/BO3) - internally the PLC doesn't require what's displayed to the user in order to use their values but the user can work more "logically" using descriptive text..
