I would have loved to see more on covid-time entry and exit formalities at LFW.(Lome airport).
@worldofyaya03 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Definitely haven’t included much, if any covid information. But before arrival I had filled in a form via the Togo gouvernement website, that asked all of the usual questions like: where you will stay, where you come from etc, upload your negative PCR test results and proof of vaccine. Upon arrival they’ll test you again, really quick oral test and I had the results in 1 day.
@worldofyaya03 жыл бұрын
To leave Lomé you have to do another PCR test, which I had done next to the airport, two days before I left and I had my results in time☺️

@worldofyaya03 жыл бұрын
I always stay with my family, so I have no personal reviews on any hotels/lodges. But from hear say: hotel 2 fevrier, le petit brussel, hotel sarakawa and I always go swimming at Blue turtle bay and noticed they have really cute bungalows that you could check out!🥰

My I keep postponing Togo 🇹🇬 trip , maybe I am going to get inspired, how are they managing Covid situation in Togo?
@worldofyaya03 жыл бұрын
Don’t wait! I had a great time, the covid regulations are OK. Just have to wear a mask in certain places when you move around, might have to show a negative pcr test, but most places are open.☺️
@RT-xj4sd3 жыл бұрын
@@worldofyaya0 great I should start planning, my last question is do we do covid test at the airport, or we need one from the US? I heard that Ghana is bad and very expensive on COVID test , they wants to Collette $$$$$ 😂 .
@joycem.98893 жыл бұрын
I'd say wear an N95 at the market for sure. Everyone be up in your face. Had to get a PCR before and after arrival too. Stay away from crowded spaces as well. I think they are 25k cefa each. Not terrible

@@worldofyaya0 I miss home. Thinking of going home early Dec. 2021 or January 2022. Apart from the required pcr test from here(US). Did you pay any money on arrival into LOME like in Accra ? where you got to pay $50.00 US as a Ghanaian and $150.00 for non-citizens(corruption).
@worldofyaya03 жыл бұрын
@@AviationSimAfrica December if my favorite time in the year to go back 😍 I paid no additional money upon arrival, but I have a Togolese ID card. For non-citizens it should be around $40-$50 for visa costs and that covers your trip. ☺️
