Family Beach Vacation to Destin

This is our last vacation of the summer. We took a trip to Destin, Florida. We stayed at a vacation rental in the Miramar Beach area. We also took a boat to Crab Island thanks to Freedom Boat Club.

Ya'll are making such beautiful memories and the trips you take!And the joy ya'll 's kids and you and Curtis have is beyond words. And Duana girl you picked well and think the LORD answered your prayers ten times over with the family he gave you but most al with the husband he sent you Curtis adores you and he never misses a chance for romance , like the kiss on the neck in the water and admitting when he was filming, that he was showing you off, that is the way it should be, I've mentioned it before, if you get a chance watch the episode of the old Carol Burnett show, she and Tim Conway do this skit about a old couple sitting on a swing on the porch, the husband makes a suggestion 😏the wife giggles and then they get up and shuffle into the house. We go there all the time. We take our boat out there. We were just there for Labor Day. It was soooo much fun!!! Next time rent Jet Skis mom and dad you would love it. The dolphins come right up to the jet skis. Also the taco boat is amazing as well. Have y'all tried parasailing at crab island? Harbor Docks is a great restaurant in Destin. It has amazing sushi. Our favorite is the backdown sushi.

Beautiful vacation and family too. My hubby and I have gone to Destin every year to celebrate our anniversary since 2012. Only skipped 2021 because of Covid. We stayed at the Henderson Inn every time until this year ( such a price hike). We actually found a nice condo directly on the beach (Crystal Sands). The accommodations were great and we will be going back next year to celebrate 25 years of marriage. Destin has the best beaches. Taking our youngest daughter (13) and her cousin in 2 weeks. The other kids (20 and 23) can’t go (college). I will put McGuires on our list of places to eat. Thanks for sharing your vacation with is

Looks like so much fun! I haven’t ever been to Crab Island or Destin. We’ve been to Florida many times but not Destin specifically. Zip lining is so cool. There’s a place called GoApe in VA Beach that has great zip lining and obstacle courses. Iia is such an adventurous person. The inside of McGuires reminds me of a restaurant that my hubby and I went to in Peru.
