My childhood home is sitting on a 350-sq m area. I've always imagined creating something like this but the small space made me stop dreaming. Only foreigner people can afford the housing price but even foreigners don’t don’t wanna get stock on a high price of houses payment that the reason why they move overseas but if you charge them same price in the United State that mean’s it is rip off from foreigners and Filipino people because Philippines don’t have settled nod like United State or other foreign country!!!

Philippines don’t even have a free healthcare for poor people and no low income housing for poor people how do you think they this people can afford to buy a house if they don’t have a settle nod on the country most specially in provinces area and even foreigner are not buying those houses because they don’t wanna get stuck on big payment go the reason it hard to them to find a good pay job in the Philippines unless they are retired from US or Canada but even the retired people they just rather to build them a house than buying one!!!

The house is superb! I always watch your videos. I like how the houses are so luxurious. One thing though, I don't agree with the "mom cave" being a laundry room. It's not the only thing that mothers do. It could have been a reading nook, a salon, or a yoga studio.
