This is so intelligently designed. The floor plan flows so well, and the rooms are spacious enough but not to the point of being excessive. And the staff's rooms are actually humane!

This house is superb. You can tell that it is well thought. The sizes of the bedroom is not small and not big, it is in the right size. I also really like the kitchen and auxiliary kitchen. The high ceiling really adds to the overall beauty of the house. The staff quarters is also great. 💖 I really love this house 💖.

A beautiful house! Loved the spaces and the greenery. Impressive areas are the pool, kitchen, 2nd floor hallway, and front terrace. Nice that the restrooms on the 2nd floor have storage closets. As pointed out by other commenters, the maid's quarters is also nice and that cove lighting leading to the room was a good touch. This is worth its price considering the appliances included and the narra staircase and narra ceiling. I would buy this if I had the budget right now.

essily, this is one of the most beautiful spaces I've seen featured on this channel. i love the color scheme, design and how spacious it is. it looks so elegant but not boastful, if you know what i mean, because of the muted colors. the general design is well thought of and they weren't stingy even with the staff quarters...unlike other big homes where the staff quarters are cramped AF. this is a long video but not boring at all.

It would be a perfect house if meron powder room. a house like that dapat meron because the 1st bedroom in the first floor dapat hinati yung space for the T&B and the other half powder room kasi if you have a parent na medyo may edad na hindi na pwde sa 2nd floor medyo mahaba ang lalakarin. anyway, its a nice house and well thought. Everything actually 😊 This is one of the best houses I have seen. But the impressive parts are the staircase, pool area, kitchen (main and auxilliary) and front terrace. I also like that the restrooms on the 2nd floor have additional storage. And as pointed out by the other commenters, the maid and driver rooms are liveable and given ample space.

Really really nice house really. Really Really. Nooooo but Jake I've been watching you for a year now and the overuse of "really" as a filler has become so distracting.
