Mindy...your video brought tears to my eyes. My parents both passed away within the last 3 years and both sets of my grandparents, that I just adored, are gone too. Seeing grandpa hug Larry and the love of you and your parents just did me in. Please know that this is a magical time in your life and one that should not be taken for granted. Life moves very fast and before you know it people start moving on. I don’t mean to be morbid or negative but Please enjoy every minute and realize how lucky you are right now. Enjoy and appreciate every minute. I wish someone would’ve said to me what I just said to you. It is easy to take the day to day family visits for granted. The 20-50 calories in creamer aren’t going to deter you from reaching your health/fitness goals. You love coffee ☕️ Don’t compromise there. It brings you joy. If you’re avoiding dairy my favorite creamer is Silk Almond Milk Creamer, which I know you enjoy also.

It's not the calories that are most harmful about the creamer she uses, that particular creamer uses some of the most unhealthy ingredients on this planet: palm oil, Mono and Diglycerides & the worst offender "natural & artificial flavors"

Mindy you should use a period tracker app on your phone, one of them is called period calendar. It will make predictions based on your cycle history as you use it, let's you know when you are most likely ovulating, and it gives you statistics on your average cycle length, etc. You can also enter any symptoms you have and write notes each day.
