This whole "no boyfriends until 2052" trend by dad's with daughters is so fucking creepy. You should want your kids to date. They should experience all of the tummy butterflies, the nervousness, and ups and downs and fun and heartache. You should have that level of communication, love and support so that your kids will share what they're going through with you. So you can be there for them during the happy times and the heartbreak. When you make dating and sex some prohibited thing, you end up with a 15yo that's pregnant because you sheltered them and didn't educate them. And I never see parents doing this with their sons. "No girlfriends until 2052" never ever saw a father post that shit. Absolutely irresponsible and gross.

Yo a lot of Dads say it, but a lot of the times they know their baby girls will probably date in their teens. I smiled and laughed at it b/c it looks...and is a joke. To think one day she'll be a teenager in a relationship and sees that board would be hilarious. I find it cute and funny because it's nonsensical, it has a baby foot print as a signature lmao Making it a treasured, memorable, and goofy item in the present and future. Dad's will see their daughters as their little girls. I'm 22 with a 20 yr old boyfriend, and my dad will always see me as his little girl. He knows I'm a grown woman but will always want to love and protect me. People will take a fun and a harmless joke and twist it into a serious matter. I see what you're trying to say...but nah this one is innocent and funny.
