Is a 3 monthes pay stub may be good enough, or employment letter? Also Trumps ban -> my sister's age getting close to 19 & 20. Hello Sir, I would like to ask you about the AOS of my husband was already expired last March 31, 2020.I was not able to get my medical result at St.Luke medical center due to covid-19 and was expired last July 7, 2020. I repeated my medical exam and the result will be release on Nov.23,2020. Hi , my US immigrant petition was approved and been forwarded to NVC last 1996 . Year 2015 , my petitioner died . April 2019 , NVC notified me to submit my requirements including my humanitarian letter because my original petitioner died year 2015 and my sister a US citizen and a permanent resident in San Diego for more than 20 years submitted her form 1-864 as substitute petitioner/ sponsor . I submitted all the required documents but NVC returned back my papers to the USCIS for administrative action . Is there a chance that I will be given a consideration ? Or can I just cancell my immigrant visa application and get a visiting visa instead ?

My grandma's petition for my mom got approved last May 2020 and we are now waiting for the schedule of interview. Me and my dad was considered as Derivative applicants. The thing is I am now 24 years old BUT unmarried. I tried digging if I am eligible, some websites says "a child must be unmarried under 21 year old" and some says "unmarried AND under 21 year old". So I am confused

Kindly I need some advice about my I130 case, on March 02, 2022, it was approved, but now USCIS website says MY DOCUMENT WAS RETURNED TO USCIS, I asked the attorney who has submitted the petition in 2016, and said there is no problem and this will not affect your case. Hi my sister is a citizen of the USA and she applied for the alien relative petition I-130 for me in 2014. Everytime I want to check the status of my sister's petition for me, NVC or USCIS keeps asking me for a case ref or receipt number. We don't have that with us. We got in touch with USCIS Naples (where the petition was filed) and they only say that it is now moved to NVC. However NVC won't give me any information without this case ref or receipt number. @ngaucha, it depends. If it is an immediate relative petition, separate i 130's are required. If it is a preference petition and a spouse or child(under 21), there is no separate i 130 required for the spouse and child.

Sir, l have just came upon your video, and I'm so glad l did. I'm a US citizen, l filed for my 2 minor kids living in Nigeria. NVC has approved all applications and paperwork, now they are awaiting interview date from the consulate. I have been worried sick about the presidential proclamation PP 9983. I read that the only waiver for immigrant visa is if the petitioner can prove he has given assistance to the US government. This confusion has been eating my brains alive. Hi the case is, My dad was petitioned by my grandmother, I was 16 years old back then year 2010 when it was been filed. And I was been included in the petitioned as well since I was only 16 yrs old. And now 2020 we received the email last march for the case # and done processed the needed files for nvc. My name was included at nvc website under my dad's case number. Great video as Usual ! At the end you say that executive bans don't affect immediate relatives. I believe that it affects parents, maybe this has changed and we didn't hear about it. Well, in any case I really hope you are right because it is exactly our case. However, our process was accepted ( we do not have a date for the interview yet) before the bans, so maybe it doesn't affect our case particularly. Let' s wait and see. It will take at least 3 to 4 years. She must stay legal and leave after her visit. Maybe look for other temporary visas.

Hi Mack, you case is a derivative asylum case. It is hard to say the reason for the delay. From March until today, COVID has been the reason for the delay

Hi, I filed Petition for my husband and i am a lawful permanent resident. My case is at NVC for review right now. ALL fees and documents are submitted and approved. I'm waiting for the interview call. But then due to Covid situation no good news so far. 3 weeks ago i found out that my son has a cyst on his cyst which needs to be taken out because its gonna get infected as he grow. I tried to make an expedite request with doctor's letter stating he needs to undergo a surgical procedure. But NVC denied it. I TRIED contacting through the senator but got denied from there too. Senator said i need more details in my letter and then she can try to send an expedite request again. Because embassies are taking emergencies visa so I thought my husband can be with me in this difficult time but after denial I'm very upset. Is there anything or any tips or information that i can get from you? Thank you.

Hi, you can keep trying. Get a better letter from the doctor to indicate the urgency!

Hi Sir, I am a US citizenship and has filed for my mom since February, 2020. Since then, only a receipt was sent, the case has not be approved. It says " under review" . Also, am worried about my mom not having a birth certificate from birth which make her gave different date of birth on documents. What do you think this issue could be resolved?
