I broke my arm out front on my bike and once I told my manager i had covid symptoms and he made me come in anyways because we were understafed. If you do it yourself, oooh, the plumber can't make his next boat payment. I replaced a toilet in my house, I could not get a plumber to do the job so I did it. I went to the local plumbing supply place and I could feel the hostility from the "real" plumbers. Fucking horseshit- they just assume I don't know what I was doing.
