Chase is one of the most realistic evil characters in Family Guy, someone who abuses animals for entertainment, and I hate he didn't get his ass beat by Chris and eaten by a shark or something. Even better, a pack of stray dogs including the real Rover IV.

At 00:54, listen very closely to the scream that Brian delivers in the background: This is the same cue that Seth used in the notable "I had sex with her!" scene in "Quagmire's Dad" from Season 08, I caught this immediately upon hearing it and it honestly is not a surprise, given the circumstances of Family Guy's editing in this era; it seems to be a common practice now for Fuzzy Door to opt for recycling old vocal cues, most notably in the case of yells and screams to reduce the risk of delivering additional strain to Seth and other members of the cast, this was something that I talked about with other analysts of the practice in other TV and film franchises when this was also done for "The Munchurian Candidate" (Peter's Scared Reaction from his Prostate Exam in Season 05 was reused in this episode upon realization of what he was doing to Babs; it also saw some use during the same season in Peter versus Chicken III, when Ernie hands over to Peter a Green Snake while in the Biplane that crashes into the City Fair) and it truly was amazing to learn how often recycled audio gets used in the same work or series of projects both as a matter of Vocal Safety and Editing Convenience over time.
