For those who need context: In this episode, attempting to get a permit for his pool Peter discovers his house is not part of the USA, so he becomes President of Petoria, his own nation. I love how Peter takes his "Diplomatic Immunity" to a level that indeed is based off the movies, in truth Diplomatic Immunity will only save you from minor crimes that may not be so in the country of your origin, so for example Peter would probably be right with his immunity to Jaywalking and parking in handicapped spots, since the Petorian border was his property lines and not the streets, Petoria had no streets, which means neither would be possible. Also, depending on trash removal rules, maybe littering, the rest of Peter's list were felonies, Diplomatic immunity would save him in fiction only!
