It's difficult for *Family Guy* to kill off certain characters, or even more than one at a time. Fans would be shocked if Peter were to be killed off. However, if Stewie and Brian traveled back in time to stop Peter's antics and criminal actions, he would likely become a different person and wouldn't end up causing so much harm. Additionally, I remember that Loretta Brown was killed off, and Peter Griffin was held responsible for her death.
