The reference to 'Uncle Phil' is referring to the 'Fresh Prince of Bel Air' TV show, its when the character Jazz gets thrown out of the front door by Uncle Phil, they use the same background of that tree and camera angle too, he gets thrown out a lot from that door. I mean a lot.

The David lynch joke is extremely on point if you know david lynch. One of the greatest filmmakers of all time. He did Twin peaks (which changed TV forever) Also such classics as mulholland drive, and Blue velvet.

Fresh Prince was a good show. Those parts when Jazz got thrown out were hilarious. He was of course played by DJ Jazzy Jeff, who Will Smith had worked with from his time as a rapper in the 80s.
