I’d say the assembly line scene was a reference to the classic “I Love Lucy” episode where she and Ethel get a job on a chocolate packaging assembly line.

The pill scene was a reference to the chocolate factory scene in " I love Lucy " and also a reference to the sushi factory scene in the episode " sushi " in drake and Josh ( which is a reference to the I love Lucy chocolate factory scene as well )...and quagmire hates Brian cause he had an intimate fling with his dad right after he became ida and also Brian made some tasteless jabs at quagmires sister Brenda who was in an abusive relationship..that and they constantly go at each other when they can over their ways they see women...Brian wants love, quagmire wants what he wants and also love in a way...both want Lois...Brian actually married Lois in an episode... quagmire married her in an alternate timeline episode...that's just many reasons why they hate each other...and the Peter ooo a dollar...is one of the most memed sounds ever.. especially when people do some dumb things >
