There's something not clear in the chronology of the events : Did the hack got several videos of him (including the ones with Pixie) happen before he sent himself her videos to other people ? If so, why would he do that, if the files are already out in public ? May be it was to have advice from some about how to handle the hack situation, so he sent the videos so they know what type of content it was ... If it's the opposite (he sent hers before the hack happened), that would be a different story, and yet not very logical Of course, he is still responsible for sending them anyway, and he's even dumb to publically admitting it with the messages. If there was no hack, there shouldn't be other videos damaging him specifically

On the subject of the possible payout. Your Lawyer is required to advise you waht is in your best interest. They will introduce that a lawsuit will lose money if the payout is potentially too low, so when she says her lawyers issued this warning, that is never on the Plaintiff. She is not speculating on a "payout", this is the lawyers telling her with their experience that they don't think she'll make money. So if they issued that warning and she is going forward, then this is about the verdict, not the payout. However, the wording doesn't necessarily support that entrirely. The lawyers are also going to look at otehr consequences. Destiny has an army of sycophants that have no filter and no fear of hypocrisy. They will absolutely slander her online at every opportunity behind anonymity, while completely missing that they are attacking a woman. Destiny pretends to be a feminist, so these sycophants should never attack any woman -- not even to defend their hero. But they will. The Destiny sycophant army is just reprehensible. The Lawyers may be factoring that slander into the negative side of the lawsuit profitability equation, so the money might be higher than the first paragraph suggests.
