It was a quote from the movie "Life," with Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy. They stopped at a restaurant for some pie but missed "no colors allowed" sign. The lady said those pies are whites only pies. Eddie tried to bribe her by asking how much it would cost for them to turn one of those whites only pies into "n word" pies. That's what Kidd was saying.
