MrJTYoung7 Yes. Cities and towns have limits. This is why you will pass a sign that either says now entering or leaving a city/town. A town does not encompass an infinite area, it is defined what is or is not part of a town all around. The blueprints of a town or a map will show that

Seriously, household chores should not take longer than one or two hours. Not only are you not cleaning a town, but you don't have to to everything every day. One day might be vaccuming, windows, dusting, and dishes; and the next might be cleaning the bathrooms, dishes, organizing the kitchen cupboards, and laundry.
@LumpInYourRump5 жыл бұрын
Choryllis exactly I was put in this position once with my mother once when I was in high school. Yes it was kinda disrespectful how I said it but I told her look you stay at home all day and complain how you have to clean and cook. So she said “ok smart ass you can stay home from school tomorrow and do what I do” so I got to sleep in until 9am had a list of all the chores that needed to be done and had them done in 2 hours tops. Got on my Xbox played some games and when it was time to cook dinner I had it ready when everyone came home from school and when my dad came home we all sat down and ate and I had to dishes done and kitchen cleaned in 20 min tops and went back to playing on my Xbox. Then my mom came to me and asked me how my dad went and I basically told my mom what meg said. “Well I got everything done in a few hours tops and chilled the rest of the day I don’t know why you complain about having to do this all the time, if I was a stay at home mom this would be amazing. I’d gladly do this every day if i had a husband working hard hours of the day” then my mom got pissed and grounded me for a week lol
@Dixxi915 жыл бұрын
In theory yes. However, if you move in with a guy who hasn't cleaned the place for 10 years, it's not just a weekly vacuuming session needed, there's fucking cobwebs in the ceiling, spiders everywhere, there has never been a spring cleaning, and every day they come in with oily hands to stain all the walls and doors that you just cleaned... it feels like it's impossible to clean it. And no matter how much you do, it's never good enough. So you stop cleaning, since no one will know the difference. And then your mother in law shows up and blames you for it all... Look woman, I just moved in, this place has been looking like shit for a looooong time. You're only upset about it now because you wanna blame me for it. "How can a place look this bad when there's a woman living in the house?" Because there's also two filthy men living here and everything is getting dirtier by the day, despite my best efforts. That's why some women get depressed and stop cleaning. There is no end in sight, it never gets better. When I moved in there was cobwebs, there was dead bugs in windows and kitchen drawers T_T Now I at least keep the kitchen clean, it's all I can manage. I am not a housewife, I have a job just like my man. Yet, I'm the one who's to blame when some household chore isn't done. I even plow the snow, and we have a lot of it, I even make dinner 6/7 days, and even tho he's supposed to vacuum I end up doing it, because we're having people over and it needs to be done. How can women be expected to cook, clean and work, and still take the blame. I don't mind doing nice things, but I wish it was more appreciated...

Meg Griffin Redux You noticed my icon with the Martian Queen Tyr'ahnee on it?

***** Yeah. I watched that show when I was a kid and got to rewatching it now. I love Looney Tunes.

Meg Griffin Redux Same here, luckily there's two season dvds out nowadays on Amazon.com; I bought mine at Sam's Club for 15 bucks each when they came out and it was worth watching the series for its characters (mine was obviously the Martian Queen Tyr'ahnee who's previously voiced by Nani from Lilo and Stitch), writing, and comedy that really knew how to pull it off well.

The best part of this all is that Lois has nothing to do with how Meg grew up to become this capable... after all, you cannot expect someone like Lois to teach anyone anything useful.

But seriously, women that complain that cleaning the house is hard work are full of shit, like Meg said you're cleaning a fucking house, not only that but you're working in your own goddamn house. Also you can just tell your kids to clean up their mess and boom there's 50% of your work done instantly.
@lexalina1328 жыл бұрын
AlteregoFool amen. I despise cleaning (not because it's hard, but because it's boring as fuck), but it's not hard to clean a relatively small area
@CabbageSandwich8 жыл бұрын
There's only two type of cleaning I have a problem with... Cleaning that's unnecessarily stubborn. And cleaning that is ridiculously large... I actually hate cleaning with an unrivaled passion but several experiences of having to pack up and clean thoroughly significantly large houses has trained me to suck it up hard.

I’m honestly sick of the ongoing “jokes” about Meg basically being abused by her parents. I always loved this scene and the one in “Seahorse Seashell Party” where she actually stood up for herself. It’s sad when it falls to the little brother, the baby, and even the damn dog to provide moral support where Peter and Lois so horrendously failed to give it. If it weren’t for the fallout between Chabert and the cast, we might’ve had the real Meg from season 1 instead of the piñata we’ve had since season 2.
