Funny story about the East Coast Pharmacy joke, i was picking up a prescription the other day and on my way to the pickup i saw they have an entire section dedicated to RC cars. They don't just have one or two, they're actively stocking RC cars inside of a CVS. Who's picking up their grandma's cancer medication and stops at the RC cars like, "You know what? Yes. This is more important." Me. The answer is me.

Oh, when they say east coast drug store, they mean it. Definitely more than just Walgreens and CVS. The closer to the shore, the more beach sundries are mixed in. Then of course the actual beach towns have that stuff. That whole gag was one of the best "it's funny because it's true" ones they've done, IMO. There's barely any exaggeration beyond it not being that hard to find stuff (but that's how they frame the joke, so I'll let them have that). There's stuff they didn't mention that you'll run in to, as well.
