A desk that is 'stand only' would be a pain in the feet, true, but there's plenty of motorized desks that switch between a sitting and standing position in seconds. Standing up once in a while to stretch your legs and still do work can be a real relief. Plus, health benefits - the business guy in the clip is obnoxious about it, but not wrong.

Same - one of the motorized versions that can change between sitting and standing height in seconds. At first I wasn't convinced I'd use it much, but a few months in and I find myself standing up several times a day just to get off my chair and stretch my legs.
