Not necessarily. He could've started his time travelling in the 2000's, when he only knew so far that he would outlive John and George. He wouldn't know one way or the other, who would outlive whom, regarding him and Paul.

Because what you said implies Ringo went back in time as an old man (he'd have to be at least 59/60 to know he outlives John and George) but for some reason he's the same age as the other Beatles. Where's the logic in that? If you or I were to go back in time say 30 years and never return to our normal timeline, when we eventually grew old and our younger self was born there would be two versions of us with the younger going back in time and repeating the cycle and so on.
