Hi guys :) I hope you had a lovely weekend ! Here is a build near a lake perfect for a family of 4. I built it up on a level so that the living space was upstairs and sleeping area downstairs. I thought it would be better to see the view of the small lake from the balcony. Hope you enjoy it :)

What's the difference between your CC list and Tray file?

The tray file is the actual house, you will find it in your gallery. You highlight & place all those files into your documents folder> entertainment arts> sims 4> tray folder. The put the CC in the Mods folder. 😊

Ive noticed youve started using less decor (plants and books, etc on benches and shelves) in your recent builds. The impact is still the same and i love it! Your styling is something i pay close attention to because its beautiful and inspiring to say the least. This home is equally as beautiful as your previous builds and i have to say these builds are the type i shy away from because im still not confident when it comes to structuring a home and its layout. i look forward to your growth can not wait to see what you come up with next!
