Thank you for your thoughts. I had the money saved for the kitchen before we even started. If you’ve been a subscriber for long you know that I started my online shop at shop.largefamilytable.com in late 2018 starting with large family freezer meal packs. Since 2018 I have had one to two big sales a year for my shop products and have done so for the last 4 years. When I have those rare shop sales, I always include information about those sales in these videos. I then started my exclusive private paid membership community largefamilytable.com/community in January 2020 to give viewers who want it so mega much more (it’s my version of Patreon). For the last 2 1/2 years I open membership one to 2 times a year. The last 2 1/2 years when membership is open I always include information about that in these videos. This means on average I have 2 to 4 big sales a year in my business and have for many, many, years included those sales in my videos. My having a sale and opening membership up once so far this year is nothing new. I will have at least one more product sale this year in my shop as well. These sales help pay for the 12 families represented who work for me along with supporting the more than full-time work I give to my business which also produces heaps and mega heaps of content that is free as well. My hubby and I go to his family reunion in Butler, PA the last couple of years. I was so happy to see there was a Sharp Shopper there in Butler, PA, right near the park where the reunion is. We make it a priority to go and do some shopping. Yay!

Yep, Costco used to be my go to. Now, I only go for specific items they carry and only if they are on sale. Less and less food in their flyers. I'm lucky WinCo opened up here the deals are great. I'm mainly stocking from them. The price of rice, flour and beans is getting outrageous there.

I'm heading to Virginia to visit family soon and I absolutely love it when your shopping haul videos line up with my travels. I get a preview n make my list. My family knows to pack light because they know I'll fill the back of my wagon with good deals. I bring coolers down with me. I'll buy the meats and I repackage them into baggies n freeze them at my aunt. The don't take up as much room and they make the 6 hour trip back north with no issues

I love to see someone else who plays/played the bandaid game. I remember those days fondly since my two are grown but still keep lots of bandaids for when I babysit "littles."~ Those are some great deals. I noticed the comments that people wish they had a Sharp Shopper near them. They might want to Google discount grocery outlets near them. In Western SC, we have two discount groceries in my county. I go to both since it seems they have different suppliers.

Love the video! I wanted to give a tip I got from a friend when I was complaining to her about not having a sharp shopper type store or outlet type of any kind near me. She grew up military and said her mom used to call local stores and ask them I if they had specific mark down days of products. Besides finding stores that have a discount bread/produce section I also have a store near me who marks down outdated stuff every other Thursday. Insane food prices. If you don’t mind things a few days out- the deals are amazing. Got the big boxes of pop tarts for .50 cents and juice boxes for super cheap last time. Nothing super healthy but very helpful for summer and kids

I live in the Central Valley of California and thank the lord we have many farmers who are selling lots of produce from stands on their property where prices are still good. I’ve never thanked god more that I live in a large farming community

That’s a TON of food for $204! You are very fortunate to have a clearance place like this. We spent $450 at food lion yesterday and it was 1 cart of in between bulk shopping groceries for 7 people…which used to cost me around $200-250.

Here in Michigan prices are definitely up. I’ve gone back to basics from back in the day when our family had a tight budget. I’m back to shopping the sales and stocking up when I find a good price on some thing and planning my meals around the sale flyer/coupons. Wow! You found some truly great deals! That would have helped me out when I had 4 kids at home as a single mom. I still try to help my boys out when I find good deals though as my daughters have it more together! The daughters shop with me to get the good deals! We don’t have a Smart Shopper here, but we do have grocery outlet. Not as good of some of the deals you got, but best for us here in the Northwest! That juice was an amazing price! So was the granola bars and broccoli!

I finally got to a Shop Sharper store two days ago! We drove to Knox, PA about an hour and a half from our home. It was so neat to get the deals you get. I actually got ice cream home and it stayed frozen in our cooler. We were going somewhere else that was close so no we didn’t just go there due to the gas prices.

INSANELY CHEAP PRICES!!!! Like insane!!! I shop our cheap store & it’s crazy pricey! Like a carton of juice is marked down to $1.99. NOTHING is 2 for a dollar. Crazy!

If you buy canned food that is close or just passed the use by date you could freeze dry them to extend their shelf life. Depending on the fat content they could be added to your long term storage.

I went to Sharp Shopper last Saturday evening. At 7:30pm. I forgot they close at 8! Power shop for a handful of items. I got the case of Propel, those drinks are so expensive these days! As hot as it has been, we needed something with electrolytes in it for working outside.

Sharp shopper looks like what Grocery Outlet was like back when they went by ‘Canned Foods Grocery Outlet’ when I was young. They aren’t quite as discounted now, but occasionally I find a great deal or two. I found a smaller discount store in a nearby town that carries smaller amounts of damaged packages and near/past expiration date items for extremely low prices.

Stopped at Sharp Shopper in Winchester, VA when I was out there. Couple of things I could've stocked on and brought back to Montana. Most, deals I'd get here at WinCo. Done with the price of bread. My 2 kids still here do most of the cooking anyway. Off to Wheat Montana to pick up more flour. No knead, let it set and I'll bake it. They don't like average sliced white bread.

Hy-vee is a Midwest store all across Iowa. They have a few stores in Nebraska, South Dokata, Missouri, and maybe a couple other states. Mostly an Iowa grocery store.
