Maybe use a set of tongs to get your chicken out in the future so you don't have to keep going and washing your hands.

You look so good. Beautiful and healthy right where you are. What would you like to get to ? How tall are you? I’m 5,2 I’ve been doing a form of keto. At 142. Would love to get to 120. Probably won’t happen. Mainly just trying to to heal some pain.

Have you used thm with any pregnancies? Any tips? I’m pregnant with our tenth baby and I did well controlling my weight in the beginning but things went sideways when my 6 year old had major surgery that required two weeks of rehab after and I was just eating whatever I could get my hands on and now we’re doing 7 1/2 hours of therapy a week (plus trying to close out our homeschooling year after mom being mia for that long) on top of about 5 other crises. But I’d like to get back on top of my weight bc just climbing stairs is killing me right now and I still have 2 months to go

For the parchment pockets, try putting a rubberband around them before freezing. Or a staple at the end. Both work. Just draw around the staple with a sharpie so you remember it is there.

Hi Jamerill... I just wanted to check in to say you're an amazing woman my dear. Also, you look absolutely gorgeous. As a 62 yr old disabled woman who lives with my hubby of 42 years, I have no need to batch cook, but have been following you for several years because I adore you and enjoy your content. I'm so glad to see you're doing better & continue to keep you and your family in thought and prayer. Sending love and blessings from Connecticut.❤🙏

Both my parents families have a long history of heart disease and diabetes. I’ve been eating in a way friendly for both those conditions since I was 5 and I’m now 30. I have multiple chronic illnesses that are actually far better than doctors expected them to be at this point, due to the way I eat. Setting your kids up with healthier eating habits early will absolutely help them long term, it’s great that you set such a good example and include them in your health journey even if it is just peripherally through some of the meals. The kids will absorb way more than anyone expects with the food, that’s pretty much what happened with myself and my brother. We both eat way healthier than a lot of people our ages without consciously thinking of it at this point.

Just a thought, why do your pockets have to be heart shaped. I'd do oblong, with no waste of paper. Looks lovely and yummy.

I def do not have the patience to fold parchment paper. LOL I'll stick to using foil. Goes a lot faster and is basically the same. We used to call the hobo dinners, or foil dinners that we would do camping or just throw them in the oven at home. Hamburger, onions, thinly sliced potatoes and anything else you wanted. YUMMY!!!

Hello Jamerrill. I'm excited to try this. You have taken the guess work out. As a senior living independently I enjoy the big batch cook for many reasons but 1 big plus is the Obvious doing a task many times instead of just once or twice. Because you are making many meals at a time and it helps me to learn and become more familiar faster.Because of you. I actually keep freezer meals. Multiple freezer meals in my freezer. I don't have to spend all the time cooking from scratch because I can just pull one out. And have other time to do things I want do.Thank you, Jamarill.I'm so proud of you and your crew there. You're in my prayers.God bless you from Bakersfield California.

Hon, if you use a meat fork to pick up your chicken tenders you don't have to run back and forth to wash up each time. Also those little fish will just squeeze out the the wrap if you cut one side open a

The parchment pockets are called "en papiotte" = in paper. Tho they don't have to be heart shaped, you are literally just sealing them. My usual way to cook fish is like this but I use a rectangle/square but I have an extra fold at the top so it envelopes/ pops out when it steams.

Hey Jamerril, great video. Just a quick comment on the fish you chose. tilapia is a poor quality fish. You would be much better with cod, haddock, halibut, salmon or shrimp.
