Family of 12 in NYC ❤️🗽 Pommes Frites in West Village

We always try to have a bit of an adventure after church. We went to a place called "Pommes Frites" which is famous for its French Fries. These are no ordinary French Fries, there are Truffle Fries, Fries with gravy, Canadian Cheese Curd and Cheddar Cheese and Greek Fries. They also have about 30 different sauces to dip your fries into. We only tried 6 of them. Moses' favorite was the ketchup lol.... he's a cheap date.😅 Josiah had a lesson so he was happy to come home to a plate of gourmet fries when he came home! The "snack" was so filling we decided to go busking before we had Dinner #2 which is Shish Kebabs. Our busking helps fund the kids' music. Then the rest of the evening was filled with PlayDoh and we did a youtube live of the kids practicing. #largefamilylife

Hello Amber. I admire you and Marc's parenting. I also admire how you will make videos even if your house is messy. It's real. Anyone who has kid's knows a home is going to be messy. I've watched videos where they have kid's and their home is perfect. No one I know can pull that off. I love the realness you share with us. Your kid's are such a joy to watch. Glad you guys tried that venue. You’re lucky to live in a city with a variety of cuisines! Bubble tea is a fun treat if your family haven’t tried that. Ethiopian food is like other African food serving curries if you need inspiration for your meals 😊

Really enjoyed the video❤️The children are so sweet the way they share with each other. They always look so neat in their cute outfits. Love visiting New York City. I have been on several trips with Carolina tours from Lexington South Carolina for a long weekend before Christmas. Just love going to a Broadway play eating some yummy pizza and shopping in the big stores so much fun. I have wonderful memories. I would always go with someone in our family my brother sometimes my cousin she and I are 10 years apart. We were very close and I talked my husband into going one time.😊 It was really cold almost every time that we went sometimes worse than others but I still had a great time.

Best fries of all time ! I work 1 block away .....tough to resist! Everyone who works there is just so nice -- In good weather just take the fries and go over to Washington Square Park -- love the garlic aoili ! You will go back -- the best!

I just love watching your videos!! Poutine is a Canadian thing. Started in Quebec in the 1950's I believe. I live in Saskatchewan and we do different poutines where I work! We also use a shredded mozzarella and monterey jack blend instead of cheese curds. We have a done tried every combination and have a few on menu plus people always ask for the older ones which we do if we have the ingredients! Those Kabobs looked amazing!!!

Those fries look delicious! Amber, you pronounce Poutine "poo- ten." Poutine is a Canadian thing. Have any of you tried Tarter Sauce on your fries, it is really good. Moses sitting there eating the ketchup out of the container was so funny. He's his own little person now. He knows what he wants and what he doesn't want. There are so many places to go there that you would never get tired of anything. I am just so amazed. Amber, I thank you for showing the fruit and veggie stand in your videos. It just reminds me a little of when we would go to the big farmers market downtown Indianapolis when I was little. It's nice that you treat yourselves and the kids once a week. Everyone needs a treat now and then. If it were me trying to navigate NYC, I would end up in China.

My mom only had 5 and left me at the store once. She counted five heads and realized when she got home that she took one of the neighbor kids instead who looked like me!
