Merry Christmas! My husband is from Mexico and I made tamales and ponche (a hot cider with cinnamon sticks, brown sugar, coconut, pecans, sugar cane, apples, crabapples, guavas) and you just boil it all together. And we celebrate Christmas Day with my grandma and mom who live an hour away.

A little tip, the next time you make pigs in a blanket slice the hot dog length wise but not all the way through. Then put the cheese inside the hotdog and wrap in crescent rolls. This will keep the cheese from melting out of the roll.
