Just adding to the iodized salt convo because I think it's important - you and your family (and everyone) do need iodized salt because it has iodine in it, which we need, but we don't get enough in our foods! So always use iodized table salt for cooking/salting food 😊

It always baffles me that EVERYTHING is bought as ready to eat as possible. Cut mushrooms, peeled carrots, mashed potatos, all the lettuce already cut, the pancake mix, all the muffin mixes! It´s so easy to mix your own batter or cut mushrooms, or make your own mashed potatos.

@theklakoch709 I am a married mother of six, and I'm weird.....I love prepping EVERYTHING myself. I love cutting and arranging. My kids spent the night with their grandmother years ago and came home asking for Hamburger Helper (something they ate at her house), I simply found the copycat recipe and made it myself. I do everything from scratch. Lol. I had never even eaten that before because my mother was the same. We rarely had anything processed. It was all from scratch.

Whenever I stumble upon one of their videos, a part of me thinks "wow, so nice, she's such a good mum, she gets her kids whatever they want, all the candy, all the gifts, what a dreamy childhood..." blah blah. and on the other hand, when is it... enough? you don't need that much candy a week. this many gifts basically single day and such. you don't. children need love, nourishment, happiness. not a mum who solely cares about TikTok aesthetic. I feel bad for them. I truly do.

the Pocket Juice chargers are AMAZING and they charge both Androids & iPhones at the same time, and the reason it makes you do a second transaction or more is because of how many items you are buying whether at the regular registers or at the Self-Checkout there is a Line-Limit which I'm guessing as a Walmart Cashire that's why it makes you do more than one transaction.

Have you noticed lately that when you open the chip bags that it’s less than half full these days? Everything has gotten so much smaller and the prices so much bigger. Even the jar of pickles I get got shorter and they used to be tall. It’s ridiculous!

The “vrurc portable charger” on Amazon is my absolute fave charger! It has the cords attached as well as the charger for the outlet! I love mine way more than I should! Plus they have it in orange which screams Dougherty!

Just use the Pantene moisture conditioner. Instead of the detangler spray. Works wonders on multi types of hair especially ethnic and extreme thick...best shampoo-- conditioner without all the junk in it also. Aussue just waste of cash

May I suggest , that you look in Cosco for mixing bowls ?I got mine at Sam’s Club and they are restaurant quality .They have been washed , in the dishwasher, for over 6 years and they look great . I love mine , hope your find some that last .

I just snatched the Krispy Kreme donut my son took out of the refrigerator as I watched Alicia place all that candy in one of her shopping carts. He already had his one donut allotment this morning and cannot have anymore sweets today. I don't buy sweets very often but we got this dozen free because today is National Kindness Day. I'll be kind in saying Alicia really goes out of her way to fulfill each of her children's wants. I'm just waiting for her to take a month off to really focus on their need for one-on-one personal attention away from all the material items and social media.

Iodized salt contains Iodine...an important mineral the body needs for the thyroid to produce hormones necessary for metabolism as well as to prevent goiters. For eating it's what you want. For playdough I'm sure the plain salt is just fine.
