Bree and her brother Patrick were living in foster care where there was a lot of food insecurity; when all the stores started being open fewer hours and the food shortages started, she was so scared that they would run out of food and it triggered back to their time in foster care where there wasn’t always enough food. It’s a real problem that many children and adults have when money is tight. Look it and just take my word for it.

Hello, I wanted to let you know my son also had frequent nose bleeds and his Doctor recommend he put a small amount of Vaseline in his nose every night before bed. It really worked to cut down on the frequency. Maybe give it a try.

I read something this past weekend that talked about how much of a positive impact we could make in the environment if we each just cut our own personal waste by 15%. Reusable ziploc bags, reusable water bottles, reduce amount of foil used, use rags instead of paper towels, that kind of thing. It seems hard but really isn’t a lot!

We've been doing this for decades here in the UK. Paper towels only get used for sudden spillages and napkins. ,other than that it's cloths ( or rags ) as you call them . We recycle everything possible and have bins for it all. Cardboard glass etc. We wash every jar too before placing it in the bin it's a requirement . When I see a video and the dirty jar just gets thrown in the trash. Yikes my OCD goes berserk 😂 it's just what we are used to here . Definitely no paper plates to eat off, unless a kids party even picnics in the summer we still use proper bowls . And cutlery , yes ! What's with all the. Plastic cutlery 😮 . I've watched American videos for years and I'm astounded at the wastage . Btw it's just an observation .

That was common back in my day ! I am 62 years old. My sister had her nose cauterized back when we were kids. My husband and I raised his nephews, and the youngest had his done in the early 90’s. He would get terrible blood noses ! The doctor recommended a product called “Ocean”( it came in a dropper) to keep his nostrils moist . I’m not sure if that product is still available, but I imagine it’s basically what is now known as saline nasal spray !

RFK Jr. was just photographed eating a McDonald's cheeseburger, 10 piece nuggets, and coke and was also photographed coming out of a gas station with a can of dip. Clearly, the pinnacle of health there 🙄
