R s 15000 deduction is very less ,this was last amended in 1998,Rupee has devalued much after that.

TDS on Family Pension deducted us 192 So when I add Family Pension to Other Sources, there is a validation error coz there is nothing in Schedule Salary and Error message reflecting Mismatch with Salary received vs Gross TDS received What would be the exact TDS section for deducting tax on Family Pension

Sir my mothers total taxable income after all deduction is just below 5 lakh..therefore her tax liability becpmes zero...so can she submit 15 h??she has multiple fd,rd and crosses 50000 a year and she also got family pension more than 3 lakh a year...please reply sir

Family pensioner ko travelling allowance aur house rent allowance milta hai kya fir total sirf basic aur da milakar salary milti hai

Jo bhi family pension mil raha hai usme se Sirf 1/3 of gross pension or 15000 which ever is less ka hi deduction milta hai, hra and allowance ka koi bhi deduction nahi milta family pension me

Please Family Pensioner against death of pensioner, received arrears previous year , to get the benefit of tax Submitted 10E , and by default the amount came or shown in 10E, claimed 10E amount but CPC consider partial of 10E amount, let me know after submitted ITR revised as per complaint lodged in grievance Portal, thereafter same thing happened partial amount of 10E considered .
