A British reporter during the War of 1812 stated that the American Navy were the fiercest in battle but the most generous in victory. I think that covers both Countries attitude these days.

I am not a huge fan of social media. However, it can't be over stated the appreciation of it, for peace loving citizens over the world, to connect and learn from each others histories. Yes, we were taught in school of some histories, but to communicate in seconds, really with people across the globe, is ABSOLUTELY a treasure. Bless us all. ❤😊

That's one of the greatest things about the USA. We nominated our leaders. Pisses off a lot of people. However, we all realize that we live with the same problems and work through them. I personally think that our government is more worried about the American people in conflict then any other nation or nations of people.

That was a mugging that occurred during the Germans great depression prior to WWII. A man was taking home his entire paycheck in a wheelbarrow. Two men jumped out of an alley, pushed the man to the ground, dumped the money onto the ground, and ran away with the empty wheelbarrow, leaving the man with his pile of cash.
