I worked in a family run company..where I joined as a Trainee engineer and I resigned as a senior Engineer..wo company bahut bade ho Gaye he India me....Lekin Dr Bindra Ji Apne jo bhi point note out kiye ho same thing they are struggling... The owner who runs the group he doesn't want apply professionalism..They recruited lot of professionals when they started their one the new plant..and mechanism they installed I believe it one of the best machinery systems in India...but due to the working culture all of my colleagues including me left the company.
