The property is so beautiful and all your work has been awesome to see. So glad you are sharing more of this beautiful property, as it has been awhile since you videoed the work that you did. I enjoy all the vids, no matter what you share with us. Everything you, Rachel, the kids and your Dad have done to make that such a beautiful R & R refuge for the family is outstanding. If I recall correctly, you did so much work alone, with Rachel being with her Mom to her dying, the kids in school, you shared all of that with us. Your homemade door, the new windows, the roofing the sheer overwhelming work load you carried is a testament to GOD and HIS blessings upon you to make it the beautiful place it is today. The enormity of the work you did is not lost on me, I am honored to see all of it now.

I was watching it in real time from the very beginning and was amazed at how beautiful it was looking, especially when you were making the door and when you got it completed! It was definitely a labor of love from beginning to where it's at now. I love how you put this video together. With the whole family pitching in, especially your Dad, it is awesome! I know y'all can make it as beautiful inside as it is on the outside. The bottom cellar/storm shelter is going to be 100% cooler than the top, and so you could definitely enjoy it during the summer when y'all go fishin or swimmin or whatever. There's no doubt. Farming, taking care of the animals, all the building of things, caring for the grounds and property, keeping track of animal info records, the expo, the videos and blogs you do, and raising your children is all hard work. What an undertaking!!! I remember the countless hours you two put into cleaning up years of seasons past. The blood of the indigenous still flows with pride of their beloved land and a higher power whom helped take care of their own. If we had those years to live over, I would hope and pray for less blood shed and peacefully sharing this beautiful land we call America The Beautiful! I'm not sure who the elderly gentleman helping you is but you are so lucky to have him there with you to guide you, correct you when needed but most of all to be that father figure working alongside you. If this is dad then you are blessed to have him there with you. Always, everyday tell him you love him. I tell my sons every time we talk or text. My dad never said it.
