Family Tradition: Panettone in Castelbuono and Olive Oil in Ragusa

We visit Castelbuono, in the Madonie mountains and the family run Fiascanaro Panettone and Colombo makers. This is one of their great products: amzn.to/3WSOuHf They take us step by step through the 80 year old process. Next we go to Ragusa to the Cutrera family run olive oil producers. We also speak to Enza Pulla from Aurora Importing in Canada, the largest importer of Sicilian and Italian products.

Ho scoperto ora il vostro canale e mi sono subito iscritta. Io ADORO la Sicilia. Mio marito è siciliano e tra 5 anni anche noi ci stabiliremo in Sicilia mentre ora ci passiamo solo le vacanze estive.
