You're doing such a good job posting so often, despite feeling so unwell! I'm due in January (just one though, not twins) and am struggling with all-day nausea and sickness, and it's a nightmare. Doctors said it would get better sometime around 10-12 weeks but my current state at 14 weeks says that advice was 100% wrong lol stay strong and hopefully you'll start getting some relief soon xx
